Welcome to the Home Page for the Christmas on the Chesapeake Women’s Gymnastics Meet – Maryland’s premiere three-day competition hosted at the Baltimore Convention Center.
January 15, 2008
Dear Meet Participants,
It has come to our attention that the vendor who was hired to take
photographs of gymnasts at this December's Christmas on the Chesapeake meet
has delayed in fulfilling requests and orders. The Maryland Gymnastics
Parent Organization has attempted to contact him on several occasions to
inquire about the delay and to encourage expedited delivery of orders.
He has assured us that orders will be fulfilled. If you have not
received your order we encourage you to contact the photographer directly.
He can be reached through -
http://www.photoreflect.com/pr3/store.aspx?p=19380
The organization will also continue to do what it can to ensure that all
orders be fulfilled.
Sincerely,
Dianna Rosborough
President, Maryland Gymnastics
Parent Organization
Thank You!!!!
The 2007 COTC is now over, with plans for 2008 underway. Maryland Gymnastics would like to send out a big thank-you to all of the gyms, coaches, and judges for attending. Hope you had a wonderful time, and we’re looking forward to seeing you next year!
To our parents:
We absolutely can not do this meet without your help, we want you to know we appreciate the effort everyone puts into this meet. A special thank you and a great big HUG to those who stayed over at setup, those who stayed to the end at tear-down, and those parents who took on the additional sessions without complaint. We will be having a thank-you get together in January.

In it's 20th year, the Christmas on the Chesapeake Gymnastics Meet (formerly Christmas in Annapolis) has started a new tradition of giving. The Giving Tree grows, with your help, throughout the meet weekend. Representatives from Toys for Tots and the Maryland Food Bank are on hand to collect donations of toys and non-perishable food items. As items are collected and placed on the tree it grows as a symbol of the generosity of the gymnastics community helping those who are in need.
The Giving Tree REPLACES the gymnast-to-gymnast gift exchange that previously took place before session awards were distributed.
A special "Thank You" to everyone whose generosity allowed us to help those in need this holiday season!

The Baltimore Convention Center and the Inner Harbor of Baltimore offer a
comfortable and spacious environment for the gymnastics competition and a
fun and exciting atmosphere for families. There are many attractions within
walking distance, including the National Aquarium in Baltimore and ESPN
Zone. There are also distinctive boutique shops nearby where you will find
many unique items - a great place to finish off your holiday shopping!
Last year’s event featured more than 1,600 gymnasts from as far north as
Massachusetts and as far south as South Carolina. Christmas on the
Chesapeake is a “don’t miss” East Coast gymnastics event.
Cash awards are given to the top three Level 10
teams as well as medals and/or plaques for top placing gymnasts!
